I stayed at this hotel and found it to be overpriced with additional fees, but the modern rooms were equipped with USB ports. The lack of complimentary amenities like breakfast or coffee was a downside. However, the helpful service, especially from Ronnie the bellman, made our stay enjoyable. The location was great for exploring Chicago, surrounded by jazz clubs and restaurants.

The hotel rooms looked bigger in the photos, high enough up to keep the noise from the streets unnoticeable, and up-to-date modern. They provide free Wi-Fi and are very cozy to relax into. The service was friendly and helpful overall, particularly Ronnie. The location, despite some noise issue, is fantastic for downtown activities. The dining experience, with a go area for hot breakfast sandwiches, was a nice touch. The facilities offer car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, shops, laundry, valet parking, and a welcome drink.
